Happy Easter!

Happy Easter! :)

I got invited by a friend to a potluck dinner and it was nice. And then I saw The King's Speech for the first time, so yeah, excellent day haha.

dmaster out.

Happy Easter.

Had some family over. Got some candy and $10. Nothing really special. At lease dinner was better than usual.

I have a question for all you people who are other than Christian. As a Catholic, the meaning behind it is clear, but what is Easter actually for outside the Christian Belief? I can't see why other people would celebrate it for what it is meant to be about, so what do they celebrate it for?

Oh yeah, happy Easter.

My family isn't very religious (minus myself but we won't get into that can of worms), and the Easter period doesn't hold a great deal of significance for us as far as Christian mythology is concerned. However, thanks to the bank holidays that occur within the Easter period, most of us have time off of work/school which allows the family to get together for dinner and stuff.

In other words, Easter is more of a family thing in my case. I imagine it's pretty similar for a lot of other Christians.
