If you were making a deck could you put pokemon of different theme decks in one deck like if you got 3 or 4 booster packs of Diamond & Pearl and then got 3 or 4 packs of Crystal Guardians could you mix them up together and make one deck

You may use any cards you want to build your deck, as long as your deck has 60 cards at all times. You can use cards from any expansion to build your decks, but if you want your deck to be legal for the current Modified format, you may only use cards printed in EX Holon Phantoms and onward.
Anything else is called Unlimited, not Unmodified, lol.
