Self-Explanatory.

Mine have, in fact. I was about halfway through X, and then noticed that the Gengar I recieved from a wonder trade had been infected with Pokérus! I was especially happy as it didn't have it when I first got it, so it was my own luck.

My first experience was when my Houndoom caught it in Platinum, after that I never really had more with it until 6th gen.

Now in my PokeBank I have a few things with it, some from Wonder Trade or GTS, some that I just got lucky on.

They sure do.

I think I first knew about it during my Gen IV adventure. In Gen V, this helped my EV training significantly.

Now in Gen VI, hordes pretty much speed things up, though it's kind of a bait and switch tactic, but it's well worth it, trust me. I may send some PokeRus infected mons through Wonder Trade to potentially help those who never encountered the virus.

I was transferring all my old Pokemon up to X and Y, and when I went back to good old Pokemon Emerald, I realized that my Swampert had Pokerus. I hadn't played this game in years, and back when I did play it, I never noticed because I never knew what it was.

I always got it from trades mostly in wonder trade but the only time I got it on my own was in my Pokemon Black 2. It happened last month , I did a whole new game just to get a good Latios by soft reseting and I needed a timid Munna to pass its nature to Latios so I needed to catch a lot of them and suddenly I noticed one of them carries Pokerus.
In another time I let my little brother play my Pokemon Soul silver and after he caught a shiny Rattata I laughed and told him "Cool keep playing you have a really good luck" was just joking but later he got a Pokemon with Pokerus and I was like "Your thumbs are made of gold"

I never found Pokérus myself, at least not so that I noticed it. I have always gotten Pokérus through some trades though (without asking for it).

But I don't infect my own Pokémon with it, even those who I EV train. I just think the :| smilie face and the PKRS look both really ugly, and when you think that every Pokémon I breed for my team has to be bred into a Luxury Ball if possible, you will understand that I really hate the marks that Pokérus leaves.

Yes, in HeartGold when I think I was trying to capture some Pokémon (can't remember which one because I just passed it onto my Salamence and released that Pokémon) to breed. I'm never into competitive battling but after obtaining Pkrus, I decided to start using vitamins and Pkrus to help my Pokémon in-game only. I already knew what it was, but I was happy.
 
My Talonflame in Pokemon X got it out of the blue because I saved and turned it off then next day i turned it on and then it had Pokerus.
