Having Problems Finding a Faster Competitive deck

Been trying to build a nice deck with yveltal ex with garbrodor, golurk with eeveelutions.
I don't have many cards and not sure what to buy.
I have:
2 yveltal ex
3 circle circuit Raichu
2-2 garb line
2-2 golurk line
4 Eevee
1 of flareon, jolt eon, vaporeon
2-2 octillary line

4 prof syc
4 shauna
2 n
2 evosoda
4 fairy garden
4 scorched earth
2 rough seas
2 skyla
4 ultra ball
4 pal pad (making vs seeker as I get money)
2 level ball
4 rainbow energy
4 dce
Various other trainers these are the ones I see most often.
The issues I have with my various decks I've play tested is taking too long to set up, personally I really like golurk just can't get him set up in time, either it takes too long to evolve him, or it takes too long to get energy on him. Energy is an issue with yveltal ex as well.
Any professional help with cards that don't break the bank would be appreciated.

First of all, if I understand your deck list, you currently have:

Pokemon (24)
2 yveltal ex
3 circle circuit Raichu
2 trubbish
2 garb
2 golett
2 golurk
4 Eevee
1 flareon
1 jolt eon
1 vaporeon
2 remoaid
2 octillary

34 Trainers and 8 energy. This is a total of 66 cards; 6 over the limit.

Secondly, Pal Pad rotated out of this season's Standard format play. Consider replacing the Pal Pads with Puzzle of Time until you get VS Seekers.

You also did not list your intended deck strategy. I can only assume from the array of Pokémon you've listed that you are trying to build what is referred to as a "tool box" deck, one designed to provide a Pokémon "type" counter to what might your opponent play. Please confirm.

The 10 Stadiums seem very excessive.

Garbodor requires an attached Tool in order to effectuate its Garbotoxin Ability. However, if Garbotoxin is activated, your other Pokémon Abilities are negated. This seems very contradictory to what appears to be a deck that may be intended to use its Pokémon Abilities.

Before making any further general comments, I'd suggest revising your list to 60 cards and posting your deck strategy. Further feedback can then be more effective.

If indeed you are looking for a deck and not committed to the one you've posted, then consider reviewing the many different decks in the Deck Garage Forum. Select one of those as a starting point, and post your revised deck list for feedback.

Thanks for your reply, I was actually looking for help to build a deck off of what I have, I don't want to just buy a bunch of cards and find out they suck. The cards I have listed are not part of a deck, just building blocks.

This thread has been moved to the TCG Player Help and Advice Forum. The poster is asking for help creating a new deck with their current card pool rather than receiving feedback on an existing list. When you have come up with a decklist, you are more than welcome to create a new thread in the Deck Garage. If you have any questions, please contact me privately.
