Hi guys! For those of you who have seen my previous thread, this is the updated decklist, ready for more feedback! I hope it's okay that I post an updated version of last thread. I didn't clarify this last time, but this deck is semi-budget. Please keep that in mind!
Pokémon: 14
  • 4 Fomantis
  • 1 Promo Lurantis
  • 3 Lurantis-GX
  • 2 XY Beedrill-EX
  • 2 M Beedrill-EX
  • 2 Burning Shadows Seviper
Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums: 31

  • 4 Beedrill Spirit Link
  • 4 Professor Sycamore
  • 1 Kukui
  • 2 Guzma
  • 4 Super Rod
  • 2 Lillie
  • 4 Ultra Ball
  • 4 Max Potion
  • 3 Bridgette
  • 3 Skyla
Energy: 15
  • 15 Grass Energy
Strategy:

The Strategy is to use Mega Beedrill's Hazard Stinger to poison and paralyze your opponent. Then using its free retreat cost, switch in Lurantis GX to use Flower Supply and charge up Beedrill for another Hazard Stinger. Ideally, M Beedrill should be the main attacker so you can reliably give yourself a free turn with paralysis. However, if the situation requires it, Lurantis GX can cope on its own with Solar Blade. Promo Lurantis is a nice little boost to attack power, while Seviper boosts the already great poison damage. Bad things that could happen with this deck are:
Your opponent's pokemon retreating
Item Lock
Not having a pokemon to attack with (which would happen often, at least in my eyes)
Not having bench space

Please give me some feedback and constructive criticism!

(Ignore this) Couldn’t you also use Venesaur SHL instead of Lurantis GX due to it being more streamlined?
I would suggest:
-3 Lurantis GX (If you want I know its taking away the main reason for the deck)
-1 Fomantis
+1 Promo Lurantis
-5 Grass Energy
+2 Bulbasaur
+1 Ivysaur
+2 Venesaur SHL
+3 Rare Candy

Scrap my Previous Suggestion
I would actually go up to 3-3 Bedrill, M Beedrill.
Also, I would drop kukui (it doenst help hit the numbers) and add another Guzma.
I like adding 1 more Seviper and going down to 14 Energy (which I still think is too much)
Drop the 4 Super Rods (you want energy in the discard for Flower Supply) and go to 2 Rescue Stretcher
Add 2 Feild Blowers and 2 Float Stones
Drop the 3 Skyla for 4 N
Add a lele or 2 (if you can afford it)
Some of the problems you said aren’t relevent (item lock) and others are actually good (wasting guzma to get out of para).

Suggested Changes
+1 Bedrill
+1 M Beedrill
+ 1 Guzma
+ 4 N
+ 2 Field Blower
+ 2 Rescue Stretcher
+2 Float Stone
+1/2 Lele
+ 1 Seviper
- 1 Kukui
- 3 Skyla
- 4 Super Rod
- 1 Briggette
- 6 Energy

(Also If we get a water memory for sylvally GX that would be a good addition to this deck)
