Ruling Head Ringer and Cassius

If I play a Cassius to pickup one of my Pokémon to which my opponent attached a Head Ringer, would that Head Ringer be re-shuffled back into my opponent's deck as well? Thanks.

Nope. Head Ringer (and its counterpart Jamming Net) specifically state that if it becomes detached for any reason, it goes into its owner's discard pile. While Cassius says to shuffle a Pokemon "and all cards attached to it" back into your deck, they are no longer "attached" to the Pokemon once it leaves play. Therefore, Head Ringer is now detached and goes into your opponent's discard.
