Trying to gather a list for the folks at my Pokemon League, but how do I know what's available there?

I'm guessing the Garchomp/Charlizard theme decks are there?

Are the Infername/Gallade ones still avalable?

Are those Mewtwo/Regigigas/Hedgehog shiny packs still available?

Is there a site that lists the current fun goods to be had?

Well you see it would be useless to buy this stuff, at less you live in Japan.
If you live in the any country other than Japan, Japanese cards will be illegal stating September 1, 09.
