I was ordering a deck of cards my friend had given me. When I got to some HeartGold and SoulSilver cards, there were some that said out of 99, 120, and 123. Every website I check says it supposed to say 123, so I was curious why the other do not. Two cards also have the same numbers, I don't know if I'm just missing something, but if someone knows, I'd appreciate the help.

oh.. I'm sorry to say, but that's a really fake looking font on all of these cards, plus Hoppip isn't supposed to be a rare. These cards are just fake as far as I can tell.
