HELP!I NEED YOUR OPINION

I have a question for all of you:which one is the cheapest deck of all?With this question I don´t mean a bad deck that costs 5$,I am planning to use 30$(since I am going to a prerelease)I though in rampardos or Shaymin,but I am not sure.

Shaymin will be blisteringly expensive, I can tell you that much. Rampardos might be relatively cheap but you'll need to invest in drawpower cards (AKA Uxie!). Scizor is pretty cheap too if you play it the Blissey way (4-4 Scizor, nothing else and a bucketload of trainers). My little sis used that in her first tournament and went 3-2 with it.
If your interested in something rogueish, try Mightyena LA with Darkrai. Fast, pretty powerful and fun.

Mightyena and darkrai *imaginating them* about rampardos,I have some bebe´s ,mars and maybe roseanne.I don´t have problem of trading some supporters or Uxie.The problem may be a Uxie lv.x.
