Ruling Help Identifying Card...Anyone?

I have a card from the Legendary set. It's the Dark Slowbro card #8/110. When I look up scans of this card online, it looks nothing like what I have. In everything I've seen, the card is holograpic in the background of the picture of Slowbro, with a yellow border around the card. However, mine is just the opposite. This card has a normal picture, but the rest of the card including the border is holographic. Any help greatly appreciated. Sorry, new to this.

That's with all special reverse holos of the Legendary set. I can scan a Nidorina for you that's just like yours, if you want. And of course they don't post scans of those on the internet: the glitter and glamour makes the card less readable.
EDIT: Nvm, my scanner is being a stubborn ass.

When they reprinted the cards in the Legendary collection set they did a lot of changes including making the cards reverse holographic.I have a reverse holographic Moltres from that set. and in the Fossil set it was just an ordinary holographic card. That set was also the dawn of a new era in changing the Pokemon TCG format by the reverse holographic cards and that is when the cards started becoming better and started looking cooler too.
