Help in Building a Deck From the Cards I Own

Hey there everyone. Im new to PokeBeach aswell to PTCGO. I wonder if someone could help me with building a good deck? I dont have many cards since im beginner, playing some water deck atm and its not that bad but im looking for something better. From pokemons in my deck i've got now:
2x Pikachu
2x Raichu
1x Squirtle
1x Wartortle
1x Blastoise
1x Kingdra-EX
1x Lugia
2x Keldeo-EX
Im able to spend about 10-20$ for some cards atm.
 
Welcome to the game! :) Do you mind posting which set those cards are from? Raichu can be good or bad depending on the set it's from.

You could try building Archie's Blastoise. The way the deck works is that you use the Deluge ability to power up powerful Pokemon really quickly, mainly Keldeo EX, but other partners include Aritcuno AT, Regice and sometimes even Wailord EX! It's a little challenging to play and it's Expanded, but it's really good if played right.

If the Raichu's from GEN or XY, then it's the good one. It works by building up your bench, from what I've played against, it's usually with Dark types, M Ray or Vespiquen.

If you don't like these or want something else, you can try looking at the Deck Garage or Metagame Deck Discussion for examples of decks that are being played.

Thank You! 2x Raichu are from the XY set. Having them there for circle circuit attack. I was thinking about aiming at Regice/Wailord-EX/Gyarados-EX/Kyorge-EX from Primal Clash set. But im not really sure how should i get them :D

You might want to post that in the deck garage, I'm sure others will help you there. :)

In terms of buying cards, I use TCGPLAYER and Trollandtoad. If you live in the US or Canada, I recommend either getting your cardsite there or using it as a way to get a feel for which cards should be which price.
