Ruling Help Me !!! Blastoise Crystal Guardians Problem

Blastoise Crystal Guardians ( not delta )

To use Hydro Pump You need WCC energys to atack , In the atack says , takes more 20 for each W energy atached to blastoise but not used to pay this atack... That means to take 90 HP i need a combo of WWW energys or a combo of WWWCC energys ???

W= WATER
C= COLORESS

WWWCC to do 90 damage, because this way the extra W's did not pay for the energy cost. Just make reference to older cards, u will understand. I wrote a review about it, u can read it for more information.

When it says to "not pay for this attack's energy cost" then that does not count the 3 energy needed to use the attack.

So if you have 3 energy attached to Blastoise it will do 50 damage.
If you have 4 energy attached to Blastoise it will do 70 damage.
If you have 5 energy attached to Blastoise it will do 90 damage.
And it ends there.

Now, to get the added effect for 70 damage, 2 out of the 4 energy needed must be water energy.
To get the added effect for 90 damage, 3 out of the 5 energy needed must be water energy.

Attacks worded like this can be extremely confusing to explain if you don't already understand it. There's not much else I can say except that from what i've said above, so you'll have to try and understand it yourself too...
