Help Me (Flareon Moveset)

I'm making a team and I only need help with this Pokémon. I think the set I chose is good for just a friendly battle but I want your opinion too.

Protect
Roar/Wish

I think this is a good Flareon set for UU and just friendly battles.
Will-o-Wisp to burn, then Substitute and Protect to stall so the burn wears them down. Roar to spread the burn, or Wish to heal. I can also use Protect to stall one turn to get the wish off. Leftovers slowly heals him. His ev spread is to make him a special wall, and hopefully last longer.

You can get locked out with Taunt, but given Flareon's horrendous stats and shallow move pool, I don't think it's that big of a deal. I still think I'd replace Substitute with Flamethrower or something. You kind of already protect yourself with Protect, and Will-O-Wisp minimizes some forms of damage you take, so I think you can do without Substitute AND Protect.

I'd definitely use Wish over Roar, since Flareon is weak to Stealth Rock. The extra recovery is great, and you can pass Wish off to teammates.

Mora is right though, you are completely shut down by Taunt. To remedy this, I'd suggest using Lava Plume instead of Will-o-Wisp. Since Flareon isn't Specially Offensive, the minor damage difference is often irrelevant, but Lave Plume comes with a 30% chance to burn things as they switch in.
