I WAS wondering where to post this and even longer if I could. Well here it is. I have decided to sell my Pokemon cards but not before I re-organise them and make sure there are no fakes in my collection. I have 527 cards so there are bound to be some in there somewhere. In this thread I will upload all pictures of my Pokemon cards, I do have multiple of certain card so I will just post one picture of them and put a multiplier next to it. I would like people to help me organise the cards into the set they came from and pick out the fakes of the cards below so that I can get an accurate price check on the stickied thread of this forum.

Please don't post stuff like compliments or "I'll buy that off you" I don't care.
Just help me organise them and you will be greatly appreciated.

Draft Edit: Below are some sets I have found on the Pokebeach front page, but images are some of the stuff I can't find. If you want to skip the text then it would be better than me actually posting images of everything. Plus I just skimemd over the rules of the stickies thread and I will now see if I get a price tag elswhere.

Energy, Trainers, Supporters and Stadium cards are not posted in sets unless they belong to a set that I do not know where it comes from.

If you look closely at the energy symbols they are to big and off-set and some of the text is off.
Also text size can also tell you the difference.

Weepinbell holo Legend Maker is also fake.

So are Lileep and Omanyte from Legend Maker. :) Truthfully though, it may be easier to tell if you had rotated the images counterclockwise -- otherwise, these look much more real than some of the others. Omanyte especially is hard to tell (proper fonts), but look where the end of the body name lines up with the Illus. (certainly different from the real version), as well as the fact that the top of the body description should line up with the top of the circles.

Faking (the good, for personal-use-only kind, mind you -- the kind we have a forum dedicated to) for 10 years has taught me to look at the small details like that. :p

As for your inquiries about the sets some of the older cards are from:

Base Set:

Unfortunately, I wouldn't put too much stock in these having priority over the rest; they are uncommons at best, and not in the best shape from what I can tell.

Thanks a ton, I prioritised the old cards over the others not so I can sell them faster or anything, just for me so I know what sets they are from, I was just curious considering I have no knowledge of cards from that era.

Thank you for the information about fakes also, I will edit the front page immediatly.
I will rotate the cards as soon as I get back to my house, I am an awkward laptop right now and don't have access to paint or any other programs as such, yes to make it clearer I will rotate them in about 1-2 days.

Actually, dolphinluv, those aren't fake -- they're from Legendary Collection.

I can organise and put these into the right sets.

Edit: Don't worry about it dolphinluv, these cards are a little hard to spot considering they are the wrong way round, but I am working on it in places I can at the moment.
 
There are card scans here on the beach.
They are all genuine, I can guarantee that.
You can compare your cards to the scans here.
Text, like the copyright information at the bottom, and type symbols are hardest to fake.
 
I have already compared many of my cards to the pokebeach front page, this is how I cut down the amount of cards I would have scanned by so much. The cards I scanned were of suspicous fakes and sets I have not found them for. I haven't posted all unfounded sets but I am also comparing them to the front page too. I have many D/P cards that I didn't post and I have already packged those up too.

This is essentially, "I'm a bit lazy at this part help me gaiz", thread. I need help for fakes that I have no knowledge on. I have found some more cards that I am suspicous on so I might post them soon too.

I am working on flipping those images too, I am quite lazy.
 
I think one of those wynauts is a fake, I'm not sure which one though. I think that because the energy symbols are off. Do you think you could give a better scan?

But still pretty easy to fake! :) I hope you don't mean that all of these cards are genuine, Shakespeare, because I can guarantee they aren't. :p It's pretty easy to tell that -- even moreso when you compare them side-by-side to PokéBeach scans.

Upon a closer look at the rotated cards, I'm pretty sure Full Flames are also fake -- take a look at the 9-digit codes in the bottom left (that font is off). Strangely, though, the actual text (Put 4 damage counters...) looks much better than the other fakes.

It would seem like most of your Legend Maker cards are indeed fake, Delta.
 
Hmmm. Thanks, I'll make a note of it and change those particular cards to fake unless proven, rather than the other way around.
