i have to defendig pokemon rayquaza C lv.X and my oponent have in play a giratina lv.x i want attack with final blowup and i have a card in hand but with the pokebody of giratina lv.x i discard my card in hand

the question is
i discard the energys of rayquaza C lv.X? i don't have cards in hand
 
You wouldn't discard since his body occurs before you attack.

other and final question:

my defendig pokemon is sleeping but if i use warp point i can change to other pokemon?

Yes, you can switch out your Pokemon and as bonus, since it's on the bench, it won't be afflicted by sleep anymore. Same deal with Switch.
