Expanded Help refining a Gengar/Bats deck.

Hi all, long time reader, first time poster!

Looking for some help in refining my deck. I've been running a Toxicroak/Lasers/Virbank deck for some time and following constant grains from regular opponents and family (both kids and my other half play) I am finally changing it, but looking to keep within the confines of my fairly small collection. I always loved the Gengar/Bats decks and sonhave assembled one, but would like advice on refinement. Decklist...

Pokémon - 18

3 Gastly BKT 58
3 Haunter BKT 59
3 Gengar BKT 60
3 Zubat PHF 31
3 Golbat PHF 32
3 Crobat PHF 33

Trainer Cards - 36

3 Colress
3 Teammates
3 Brigette
2 Lysandre
3 Professor Sycamore
1 N
1 Az
3 Dimension Valley
1 Scoop Up Cyclone
3 Super Scoop Up
2 Sacred Ash
1 Town Map
3 VS Seeker
1 Rare Candy
3 Ultra Ball
3 Level Ball

Energy - 6

3 Psychic Energy
3 Mystery Energy

Total Cards - 60

The tactics here are obviously fairly clear. Move through evolution lines with the bats by and drop damage counters as you go. Confuse with Haunter evolution, and then use Gengars Creep Show to finish people off. Scoop up/Az to restart the bat damage dropping and lots of cards to get what you need. Teammates to pull what you need following obvious losses and Sacred Ash to pop them all back in again. Now I know that traditionally this deck usually uses Octillery for draw power but I don't own it and don't want the expense so I'm running without and have gone with more Colress and an N in place of more Az. Based on other cards in my collection though there are more I want to include, OR, feel would word for the strategy so I'm interested in other people's input on the deck as it is, other suggestions and comments on the following cards which I've been swapping in and out...

Other card options:
Gengar EX - Quick damage counter spread. I know this is often used to replace the bats but the all dark weakness is an issue for me, plus I've tried to move away from EX Pokemon as much as possible (giving up 2 prize cards bugs me).
Chandelure EX - Even better damage counter spread than Gengar EX but can't use Dimension Valley for it. His burnt/confused 70 damage is also nice, but expensive. Same EX issue as above.
+1 Dimension Valley - No explanation needed.
+1 VS Seeker - No explanation needed.
Trainers Mail - To pull balls and Valley faster.
More energy - Incase I don't pull a Valley, but the valley makes more sense!
More AZ in place of Super Scoop Up - No coin flip but loose the supporter slot for the turn which is really for card draw.
Devolution Spray in place of Super Scoop Up - No coin flip but I'm only getting Crobat rather than the whole line.

Thanks all. Input and comments on all of the above is much appreciated!
