I´m new at the game, but i got something like 15 Pokemons EX/ M EX (Hoopa, Mew, Mewtwos...), so i decided to make my own deck. Its main mind is that, you play Virbank City Gym and few Poisoning grass pokemons, then you finish it with psychic EXs. I have good results with it, but i think it could be much better. Can you help me upgrade it?

Bouffalant (anti EX) 1x
Petilil 2x
Liligant 1x
Kangaskhan 2x
Gothita, Gothorita, Gothitelle all 1x
Mew EX 1x
2 Mewtwos EX (XY125 and 52/108)
Foongus 1x
Amoonguss 1x
Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Venusaur all 1x
Venusaur EX (XY123) 1x
Toxicroak EX 1x
Hoopa EX 1x

Ultra ball 2x
Hypnotoxic laser 1x
Evosoda 2x
Great ball 2x
Lyssandre 1x
Cilan 2x
Fisherman 1x
Lass´s special 1x
Ninja boy 1x
Pokecenter lady 2x

Just a couple things I noticed right off the bat for trainers, drop the Tierno and Lass's special for N's and Professor Sycamore, your current draw support is kind of weak. Drop one Pokémon Center Lady for more of those two also. Most decks run at least 2 or 3 of both N and Sycamore. I like the other 1 of choices though, Lysandre, Fisherman, Skyla and Pokecenter Lady are useful in certain situations, and are good to drop with ultra balls when you don't need them.

For Pokémon, your 1/1/1 lines are probably too inconsistent, it might be better to drop those completely. Try to pick one or two main attackers then up those counts if you can. Pick support Pokémon based on those, like Shaymin or 1/1, or 2/1 Octilary (budget choice) for draw. Consider a 1/1 or 2/2 Garbodor line if you decide you don't need Pokémon with abilities. I like the Hoopa to grab the others.

For items, if you drop all your evolutions then you won't need Evosoda, but if you up the lines from 1/1/1 to better numbers I would definitely keep the sodas. I would add 1 or 2 float stones for easy retreat and maybe a muscle band or Fighting Fury Belt. I'm not as familiar with some of the older expanded cards so there may be better choices for expanded for tools. Also drop the Great Balls for a full 4 Ultra Balls. Being able to empty your hand and find exactly what you need has good synergy with Shaymin/Octilary, and also makes the Sycamore hurt less if you need to drop things. Up the count on Hypnotoxic laser since you have 3 virbank. You also need to fit in a full 4 VS Seeker if you have them. Being able to reuse those one of supporters or reuse a draw card is really strong.

For stadiums, I like the 3 Virbank since you have the poison. One other to consider is Dimension Valley to lower the cost of all Psychic attacks by one colorless cost. If you stick with the poison I stick with Virbank, but if you focus on Mew/Mewtwo then consider DV. DV does work with Mew's ability, so any copied attacks cost one [C] less.

Your energy is a little high. 15 is more than most decks run, but I didn't check the attack costs of all your Pokémon. I'd consider dropping at least one energy for one Professor's letter. That card lets you grab two basic energy from your deck. If you're running cards that need DCE then run a full four instead of 3. Also, if you can focus on either Grass or Psychic then obviously you can drop the type you no longer need. If you do stick with a high count of energy I'd add in Max Elixir to your items. That card allows you to search a few of your top decks and add an energy you find for free, so you can get multiple energy out a turn.

It looks like you have a decent idea of what you're trying to do with the deck. I hope it doesn't sound like I'm ripping on your deck too hard, but there's just a few little changes you can make to greatly increase the deck's consistency, and knowing what cards to look out for can help when you open packs or make trades. (Like the Great for Ultra balls, and the different draw supporters) Obviously, you might not have all these cards in your collection to use, but if you have some of them make the changes and give them a try. If you have any questions about my recommendations feel free to ask!

To poison the opponent's active Pokemon, you could have a grass type Pokemon up and use the Airados from ancient origins to easily poison their active, assuming that it isn't grass type. More Hypnotoxic lasers might help too, because you are going to need to poison more than one Pokemon, and Hypnotoxic laser is a quick and snappy way of doing it, along with a chance of making it asleep too.
