I really want to build a deck with the new Zoroark and Zoroark Break card and I have no idea what to do with it. Any ideas?

PB actually has a nice skeleton for a highly competitive Zoroark/Yveltal-EX/Gallade deck which you can find here. If I've heard correctly, it won a few Cities recently. Anyway, feel free to swap cards around in that skeleton and personalise the list (such as add a couple of BREAKs) so the total card count reaches 60.
