BW/BW2 Help with Dream World

This is my first trouble-shooting problem.

I turned on my C-gear and sent my Emonga to sleep.
I then logged onto the website, signed up, got the activation e-mail in my inbox, and managed to log in.

But I can't get access into the Dream World Button.
Any help here?

The Dream World is not active at the moment. It will be working at the start of next week.

For the time being, though, you can get a Pikachu or Munna wallpaper for your C Gear and a Starters wallpaper for your Pokedex.

Wait, how do I download them onto my game?
I mean I went to the settings thing and found the designs.
But I can't see them in my game.
