help with machine error mewtwo level x tin

yesterday i bought a tin and pulled out a mewtwo lv.x that was not centered on the card at all and was bent a bit.i have put pics so you can see it compared to my dialga lv.x
i want to get a replacement or something from pokemon and i was wondering how to go about it

look at the difference in width between the top, bottom ,left, and right of the mewtwo

^that's just how the card looks... i also opened one of these and my mewtwo LV.X was bent in halve a little.
 
thats how most of them look. at least half of all the ones i pulled out of tins look like that. its frustrating as hell , but i think you cant do much. try sending them a complaint, it never hurts to try . good look ... in case you dint know , the website and contact info is on the back of all tcg product. its not that hard to find.
 
i have bought both tins and my mewtwo lv.x was the same and also on my rhyperior lv.x the letter R at the start of his name has a slight bit of damage... same as everyone elses that has got one that i know... not bothered though as i pulled rhyperior and gliscor lv.x in them
