Help with my MegaTar Deck

I have been playing this deck since before regionals, and enjoy playing it. PLUS, I dont have a ton of time to seek out, and build a new deck right now. I have tweaked it a bit, and now am retuning for some help from the masses.

Pokemon- 20

3-2-3 Tyranitar Prime
3-3 Yanmega Prime
3 Cleffa
1-1-1 Kingdra Prime

T-S- 26

4 Judge
3 Copycat
3 Collector
2 Switch
3 Communication
2 PETM
1 Twins
3 Catcher
2 rare Candy
2 Junk Arm
1 Seeker

Energy- 14

4 DCE
4 Special Dark
5 Dark
1 Rainbow

My plan has always been to use T-Tar as a tank, and not use Darkness howl. I try to start with Cleffa, and set up as fast as possible. I like to snipe with Yanmega, and have T-Tar ready to OHKO anything it needs to.

Questions:

1- How does this deck stack up against current faster decks with the new cards?

2- I only have 10 basics, and need to add in a couple more. Thinking of adding in another Kingdra (maybe 1-0-1)

3- Do I need more Candies/junk arms/seeker? What come out then?

Thanks a bunch!!!!

1- How does this deck stack up against current faster decks with the new cards?
- It's not possible, because do not have too much things which helps you to evolve faster.

2- I only have 10 basics, and need to add in a couple more. Thinking of adding in another Kingdra (maybe 1-0-1)
- I think three Kingdras is enough.

3- Do I need more Candies/junk arms/seeker? What come out then?
- Yes. Candies to evolve faster and Junk Arms to recycle items more usually. In this format Seeker is not useful, because it is supporter.

I would like to use this idea:

- 3 Cleffa
- 3 Copycat
- 1 PETM
- 1 Rainbow
- 1 Seeker
- 1 Switch (One is enough)

+ Manaphy (Then you do not need to feed opponent with free prizes because of Cleffas, because sometimes Darkness Howl is bad for Cleffas)
+ 2 Junk Arm (You can use Catchers even more usually :p)
+ 3 PONT
+ 3 Juniper
+ 1 Rare Candy

This Deck doesn't have many chance to win in a competitive format, cuz of 3 Pokémons:
- Magnezone Prime
- Reshiram
- Donphan Prime

U can't 0HKO them, they Set-Up much faster then u (so if u kill one with T-Tar they will have another and u won't), also Magnezone tottally wrecks this deck apart.

For the deck, I suggest u add more consistency cards, like 4 Rare Candys, 4 Collector, 4 Communication, so u can have ur Set-Up much more faster than the usual.
