Help with My Team

I have just got into competitive battling and need help with teams
I know how to EV train, and play dream world, have all the games so I have access to all in game Pokémon.
I'm new to PB.
I would like to have a team based around SubSseed Whimsicott and Regice (if possible).
Can someone help me?

For starters, welcome to PB!

If you know what tiers are (refer to here for those), you'll want to focus on RU, which is the lowest tier that both of the Pokémon you want can be used at, and where they are most effective/powerful relevant to the rest of the tier, though you can still focus on higher tiers. I don't have experience with anything other than OU, Ubers and VGC, so you'll want to contact someone like iSharingan or The Yoshi about that. Of course, this is for singles.

If you're talking about VGC, Regice is just simply not viable. Whimsicott is however, and it's very versatile. We have many VGC specialists, so you're surely not alone.
