Help with trying to stream.

I am trying to stream on twitch tv and my program im using is Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder. When I start it up it has my webcam preselected but when i click to change the device there are no others. I want to record the screen of my laptop but there are no devices. Any devices I can download to record the screen WHILE im streaming? I need a screen capture device that is installable. Help!!

I just want a free install able device. Even if someone can send it to me. I like the adobe program i have.
