hi i just started collecting card again and want to get into
playing it what starter deck would be good to start with
 
I recommend a Green Cyclone Deck - It has Venusaur and many other things in it. The rest you can just find it in booster packs. It's not that expensive, only around 15 dollars for me for a Deck. Secondly, I would recommend the Typhlosion/Fir/Fighting Deck because it is quite good at sniping your opponent. So try it out.

Shadowquake; featuring Gengar from LM.
(Forgot the name); featuring Feraligatr d from DF.

Do you know what decks your nearest store offers (if you've check recently, that is)?

I would try to get one with a good number of playable trainers....I think one of the new ones has stevens and one of the DF ones has copy cat. Those cards, while not used that much nowadays, are still very good and I would recommend them if your starting to get into the game.
 
the magnetric emerld one is good bu is going to get out of format so maybe
green ciclone
 
i could get the Feraligatr ? from DF and Green Cyclone
cause i know where to find does but not Shadowquake
one ive seen it but never borught it cause i didnt buy decks
which is Steplechase-Salemence d'! ive never seen
it if it a custom deck then that might be why
