HGSS Booster box averages

I recently ordered a HGSS booster box and I'm wondering what are the averages per box for legends primes and holos?

You should get all primes, sometimes more. You will get around 2-3 legend pieces and there is a 1/3 chance you get an Alph. holos is like 8-9 for a box.

In mine I got all the primes with Ampharos x2, 2 legend pieces, alph lithograph and about 10 holos. From what iv heard hgss base set boxes have really good prime rates.

My friend got a HGSS booster box and got 5 Primes, 2 legend pieces, alph lithograph and both holo and reverse red gyarados. You normally get 5-6 primes, 2-3 Legend pieces, a 1 in 3 chance of pulling alph lithograph. I don`t know what the chance of getting red gyarados is though.
