Its not as hard to do in Platinum, as it only needs shards to do that.

Doing it in HG/SS is a stupid pain. Do it in Platinum. It is so much easier man. If you want to do it in HG/SS just battle the dude in the battle house for 48 days then you cand do the move tutor XD. That is how I get my BP in HG XD. It beats the Battle Frontier. You get 1 point per day but it is worth the wait XD.:)
 
Dunno why you would want Omnious Wind when Shadow Ball is much better. It's only a little more BP to buy the TM.
