Lately I had little time to jump into big projects and all and had a regained interest about Pokémon, especially the TCG. The number of players around here is VERY limited. (my girlfriend's two kids) And I thought comming by here might be a good idea to spend the little free time I have. So I figured: "Why not put on my bathing suit and jump in the water!"

I hope I didn't step on anyone... 'cuz I guess I must be a little over the age average of people around here...

Anyway... Back when I was in highschool I build a respectable collection of good one-type decks. Since my girlfriend's son's deck had almost only dark or metal weaknesses we figured it would be more fair to play without weaknesses and resistances. Saddly for me it's not all that has changed since and even with my strongest deck the odds were against me. I'm currently planning to expend my strongest decks with the new 'EX' generation cards. But for more details about that I'll wait and create another thread in the appropriate forum...

Uh, where are the cards? As interesting are the FF characters, a Poke website is mainly looking at Poké stuff...

And I believe, you shouldn't be that much older than some people. THere are a couple over 20.

And a tip, base your deck on combos, not on types.

As m0nster1nc said, try to base your decks on comboes from the Pokemon.

Also, the EX generation is pretty much over. DP is coming out, and it does not include Exs. Just to let you know.
