Strategy
Wow, this is my favorite decklist I've made yet. I'm currently using the typical Ho-Oh EX toolbox, but am planning to use this deck instead, which I feel is more consistent.

Ho-oh EX, when in the discard pile, can return at the flip of a coin with 3 different energies attached to it.

Beautifly can further attach three more different energies from the discard pile to ho-oh using its first attack for only 1 grass energy, allowing ho-oh to hit for at least 140 with six energies attached.

With the aid of hypnotoxic and virbank, you can reach 170 to KO keldeo EX (a threat to ho-oh due to water weakness). Or, simply attach another energy from your hand to reach higher numbers to basically KO anything.

Rufflet is your ideal starter in this deck. For a colorless energy, it can search for 2 pokemon with fighting resistances (ho-oh EX, Braviary, Tornadus EX).

Then, if rufflet is active, you can evolve it into Braviary, whose ability will act as a pokemon catcher of sorts. Use switch and float stone to change to another pokemon who can KO whoever you've brought out (if the opponent has verizion EX, now's the perfect time to switch to ho-oh EX). Of course, you can make braviary active again later (or bring it out if your poke gets K'Oed) to reuse the sweet pokecatcher ability.

Mewtwo EX can also benefit from Beautifly's energy acceleration. Double colorless energy benefits mewtwo EX and Tornadus EX (who also benefits from virbank city gym to strengthen his attack)
