I've been tiddling with the idea and after a few Pre-Release tournaments I've decided to write down the deck list idea I've come up with. I'm not incredibly experienced with making decks myself, but I'm currently running my own variation of a Ho-Oh EX deck with pretty comfortable success.

I just want to know some imput and maybe a few tips on what else I could replace =]

Pokemon: (12)

3 x Ho-Oh EX
3 x Lugia EX
2 x Mewtwo EX
1 x Landorus
1 x Benchtini (Victini 15/101 NV)
1 x Sigilyph

T/S/S: (29)
3 x Juniper
3 x N
1 x Random Receiver
4 x Energy Switch
2 x Switch
4 x Ultra Ball
3 x Colrless Machine
4 x Escape Rope
3 x Pokemon Catcher
1 x Computer Search
1 x Max Potion

Energy: (19)
4 x DCE
4 x Plasma Energy
2 x Fire Energy
2 x Fighting Energy
2 x Psychic Energy
1 x Water Energy
1 x Lighning Energy
1 x Dark Energy
1 x Grass Energy
1 x Metal Energy

Lugia is going to ruin some of Ho-Oh's consistency, especially if you try to make Lugia the focus. My advice if you want to go for a Ho-Oh/Lugia build (fitting that those two Legendaries be in the same deck) is to only run one and use it as a clean up crew. More Landorus to spread damage to soften the field up for you to drop a Lugia with a DCE, Colress Machine, and Energy Switch.

-2 Lugia
-1 Colress Machine
-2 Plasma

+1 Landorus
+1 Fighting
+1 Psychic
+1 Random Receiver
+1 Tool Scrapper

You also need a lot more than seven Supporter; about twice that.

-2 Escape Rope; You technically have six Switch, which is a lot.
-1 Darkness; The energy is s bit excessive; most decks only have twelve, but Ho-Oh is an exception, requiring a bit more.
-1 Grass
-1 Metal

+3 Bianca
+1 Juniper
+1 N

Hope this has been helpful, and welcome to the Beach!

That's almost the exact build of my Ho-Oh deck I run currently haha.

Just thought about giving the Lugia build a try =]

Thanks for the help though! I'll cut it down and give a quick proxy run a try!
