Pokemon: 12
3 Charizard GX
3 Incineroar GX
4 Ho-Oh GX
2 Tapu-Lele GX

Supporters: 15
2 Kiawe
2 Sophocles
2 Guzma
3 N
2 Prof. Sycamore
1 Skyla
3 Hala

Items: 15
2 Field blower
2 Max Potion
2 Great ball
4 Ultra ball
3 Choice band
2 Wishful baton

Energy: 13
4 Double colorless energy
9 Fire energy

Open Slots: 5

Deck strategy:

You want to start Ho-Oh GX and use Tapu Lele GX to Kiawe four fire energy onto it. On your second turn use Sophocles and ultra/great ball to discard Incineroar GX and Charizard GX then use Ho-Oh GX's GX attack to get them on your bench.

Unique card choices:

Wishful baton-if attached to your first Ho-Oh GX once Kiawe'd will be able to move fire energy onto your Charizard GX and Incineroar GX.
Max potion-Can help keep Incineroar GX alive while its two shoting your opponent's Pokemon.
Hala-you want to use your GX attack for the game on your second turn so it would be a trainer that nets you seven cards without discarding cards you might need later.
Skyla-Can be gotten with Tapu Lele GX and can get a wishful baton or other tool/item card or even a supporter for the turn if you drew bad.
Sophocles-discards Charizard GX and Incineroar GX while drawing you cards.

Looking for cards to add to deck except for altar of the sunned (because two shoting Solgaleo/Metagross/Scizor makes me sad) and possibly a way to put energy back in the deck.

Looking for a stadium substitute and card changes.
You might also consider having a Mega Charizard-EX or two. You can get that in the discard pile, then use Ho-Oh to get it onto the Bench and bypass the Mega Evolution rule.

None of the Mega Charizard are too competitive I can see the argument for GEN MegaZard but I don’t feel it’s necessary

Also, OP, I have no clue why you’re running Charizard GX, and you don’t really explain the card choice in your strategy explanation

I put it in because its Charizard GX. It blows up any Pokemon in your opponents active spot. Maybe Salazzle could be good too because it would also server Charizard's role. Should I lower the Charizard GX and Incineroar GX counts for Salazzle GX?

maybe I feel like Straight Incineroar with a Ho-oh engine and maybe some smallcanions could be good, or something to get fire type slots filled on bench, thinking about iy Turtonator would be good (don't use Ho-oh to get him, get 3 Incineroar)

I like it. I would take out charizard gx for m charizard ex. The one that does 100 plus 50 for each fire attached. And up kiawe to 3 and wishful baton to 4

I would definitely take out Charizard GX. Its strongest attack is too high of a cost and not even Kiawe would be able to fill it all the way. Maybe Mega Charizard EX or even Volcanion EX would be better options and I would add at least 1 victini

*Warning, rogue deck idea ahead. Poster understands that it is outright outclassed by Volcanion*

I have been thinking that something along the lines of a firebox might actual work now that Bus is out. It would be some combination of Ho-oh, flareon ex, turtonator, big and small Volcanion, and salazle, and possibly zoroark. With kiawe, exp shsre, wish baton and energy switch available it could actually work, if your goal is to have a lot of fun and win 4 out of 10 games.
