My friend made a deck similar to this one before all the things that gave Legends a chance came out.

4 Ho-Oh Legend (2 top, 2 bottom)
2-1-2 Typhlosion Prime
2-2 Ninetails (CL or HS)
4 Reshiram

Pokemon: 17

2 Legend Box
2 Rare Candy
3 Pokemon Collector
1 Professor Juniper
2 PONT
1 Fisherman
3 Energy Retrieval
2 Indigo Plateau
2 Pokemon Communication
2 Interviewer's Questions
4 Max Potion
1 Flower Shop Lady
2 Engineer's Adjustments
2 Twins

T/S/S: 28

4 DCE
2 Rainbow Energy
9 Fire Energy

Energy: 15

Strategy: Basically a Reshiphlsion with an extra attacker, that being Ho-Oh Legend. The idea is to set up a Typhosion Prime or two, a Ninetails, and a waiting Ho-Oh Legend on the bench with a Reshiram active. Reshiram gets KO'd, send in another one or a Ho-Oh. Unless you think this is an absolutely horrible idea, please don't recommend I get rid of Ho-Oh, because I like to say I'm running a slighty rogue deck. Thanks!:p

I prefer PONT in this kind of deck. Copycat relies too much on your opponent, but you're guaranteed a good amount with PONT.

How consistent is this kind of deck? Legend Box does not work often, I would take out two of them for two more Pokemon Communication that for sure lets you get out a half of the Legend. If you don't like that idea, Twins is a very good option. You can afford to go down on Prizes and that lets you search for both halves (maximum profit).

dmaster out.

Good idea. I've never used it, the idea just popped in my head so I don't know how well it would work.:p
