I have a question and seeking a ruling.
So lets say player 1 has hoho as main attacker. Uses hoho gx. Takes 3 charizard gx places on bench. Player 2 has a porygon and evolves it to porygon z with rare candy. from burning shadows.
Porygon z ability triggers.
Now does it deevolve all 3 charizard gx .? Even though there is no charmender or charmeleon under him. Tech charizard is a evolved pokemon. But semce ohoh gx attack allowed player 1 to but charizard gx from discard to bench . Does it count as a evolved pokemon?

non basic Pokémon brought into play by effects like Ho-Oh Gx's attack (or Archie/Maxie/etc) are considered unevolved stage X Pokémon, as they are considered unevolved that means you can't devolve them with things like porygon z's ability.
