Ruling Holon Circle

Just wondering, if I have a chansey and use scrunch and flips tails, will it trigger the effect of holon circle? Because the attack does absolutely nothing if I flip tails.

What if I am using mew ex LM and use the pokebody versatile and copy an attack. Will it also trigger holon circle? After all, I'm using a pokebody.

If I use versatile to copy let's say, infernape lv.x, will I get to copy flare blitz?
 
The way Holon Circle works is, you declare your attack, and then it ends. No flips. No effects. Nothing. Do not pass Go, do not collect $200, DENIED, EPIC FAIL, end turn.

Versatile is irrelevant. All it does is let you declare another Pokemon's attack to use as your own. And at that point, Holon Circle says no soup for you.
