hey I have a noob friend and he needs to know about holon lake and he wont believe me, when holon lake is in play do you have to be active to use delta call.

Well, can you attack from the bench? No. DElta call is an attack.

Yes like m0nster1nc said Delta Call is an attack and you can't use attack from bench

 

[Psychic Pokemon Master]

Basically, you can't use it in the Bench because the only way you can attack is, you have to be the active pokemon....
