Can you use Delta Blast as many times as you want (not 4) if you have Holon Research Tower in play and you don't have to discard any Metals?

if i'm right, you can use Delta Blast as many as you want BUT you have to discard the energy....

Yes, it allows you to discard basic energies for Delta Blast. That is the idea behind Flymence, although some lists don't use Holon Research Tower.
