I have a question about Hoopa the one that with one energy hit 20 damage to two pokemons
if i put a fighting fury belt , he will hit 30 to two pokemon?

Fighting Fury Belt only boosts damage done to the Active Pokémon. Your opponent's Active would be the only one receiving 30 damage if you were to target it. Any other of your opponent's Pokémon that you target will only receive 20 damage.
