ive been waiting for weeks now and it is still nowhere to be found here in Vancouver. Does PCI have any plans of releasing that promo here in Canada?
 
Sometimes we don't get certain promos up ere in Canada. I personally haven't seen any up here in Edmonton. They probably haven't been released in north America all together. If they're out in the states right now and not in Canada then we'll probable never get them. Still it's most likely you just need to be a bit more patient.
