Strategy:

Hello guys I'm here with a strange deck. Now I'm sure many of you have no idea what this deck does. A lot of the strange cards are from the Double Crisis set. The main focus of the deck is to jack up the opposing Pokémon's cost and swing for nice chunks of damage.

Here's a damage chart (rc=retreat cost)
rc 0=80 rc 1= 100 rc 2=120 rc 3=140 rc 4 =160 rc 5= 180 rc 6= 200 rc 6=220 rc 7= 240 rc 8= 260 rc 9=280

Please leave feedback, thoughts, and questions below and I will try to get back to you on that. Thank you!

This deck needs a bit more speed. I think 3 switch and 1 escape rope is overkill, you could probably remove one switch. I like the split of 2-1 Switch-Rope. Grunt is also unnecessary, as you don't want to discard an Aqua Pokemon and he's basically a strictly worse Tierno otherwise. I also don't think Muscle Band is entirely necessary here, I would rather add Aqua Diffuser to have something early game, while you're setting up. It also helps with a Grimer start as you can evolve, Admin or double Aqua, and hit for pretty decent damage early on. You also have no way of recovering lost Pokemon if they Lysandre and KO a Muk. Here's what I would change to make it quicker and allow Kyogre to attack faster and be more consistent if you can't attack right away:

-1 Water Energy (6 is fine IMO with the Admin and VS Seeker)
-1 Switch
-3 Team Aqua Grunt
-3 Muscle Band

(-8)

+2 Shaymin-EX
+1 Ultra Ball (Better to search Shaymin and Muk)
+3 Aqua Diffuser
+1 Sacred Ash
+1 Pokemon Fan Club

(+8)

The Fan Club allows you to search a combination of Shaymin + TA Pokemon, and can be retrieved using VS Seeker after Sacred Ashing some back, unlike the Great Ball.

EDIT: Just realized Kyogre says you need at least 5 TA Pokemon in play to attack, that's harder than I thought. You might want to find room for repeat ball to get more pokemon out.
