BW/BW2 How are your Pokemon organized?

I was recently organizing 8 boxes of Pokemon and thought it'd be fun to see how everyone else does it, kinda like this thread.

I've reworked my boxes a bit over the years, but since Gen III, I've always had the same general system. Here's how my Black system is working:

First box is Personal, which is for my Lv. 100s, frequently used party, and anything I'm working on at the moment. Following that one, the next sixteen boxes are devoted to types, in order of Pokedex number:

Grass (Bulbasaur)
Fire (Charmander)
Water (Squirtle)
Bug (Caterpie)
Normal (Pidgey)
Poison (Ekans)
Electric (Pikachu)
Ground (Sandshrew)
Fighting (Mankey)
Psychic (Abra)
Rock (Geodude)
Ghost (Gastly)
Ice (Jynx)
Dragon (Dratini)
Dark (Umbreon)
Steel (Steelix)

Box 24 is for legends, Box 23 for Events, Box 22 for DW Pokemon.

If a Pokemon is dual-type, I use the first type listed as the box it goes in. So Geodude (Rock/Ground) goes in Rock, and Rhydon (Ground/Rock) goes in Ground. Since Flying is never a primary type, it doesn't have it's own box.

After that, each dual-type is organized in the same order, with a space in between. So, you'd maybe see in my Grass box, in horizontal order:

Sunflora (Grass)
Space
Bulbasaur (Grass/Poison)
Ivysaur
Space
Snover (Grass/Ice)

And then those of the same exact type are sorted by Pokedex order. Multiples are sorted by level.

It's probably way more complicated that it should be, but I like it for the most part.

I organize my Pokemon by region in BW, but I do have an extra few boxes.
I have 46 Oshawotts on 2 boxes, have shinies in other 2, and have one for DW Pokemon.

Before that, I loved to organize them by the sceneries and put the Pokemon that most fit in certain boxes.
For example, when I used the Crag scenery, I named it Legends and put all my Legendary Pokemon in there. In the box with the City scenery, I usually putted Pokemon like Magnemite, Porygon, Mime Jr., etc.

An idea I have is putting Pokemon of certain colors in certain boxes. :p

I keep about two boxes of stuff in my Black 2, and the rest either backed up on PokeCheck for if I need them (to breed, for example). The rest is in the order I trained it :/

Box 1 and forward: Pokemon obtained for the National Dex (it goes up to about box 9 or so right now)
Box 24: Box of Pokemon I keep for breeding specific egg moves
Box 23: It's full of Ditto
Box 22 and 21: Stuff I keep for trading with other people - most of it is Deino, Larvesta, and various DW females
Box 20, 19, and 18: All various EV trained Pokemon.

My Diamond follows a very similar system, except 16 is an Unown box, 15 is a Ditto box, then the pattern just keeps going. (There's an egg move box in there somewhere too.)

I keep useless Pokemon and Pokemon I've caught just for my dex in the early few boxes, including a box full of Unkown and failed breeding attempts. Legendaries come next, and then Shinies/Events after that. The small amount of Pokemon I use for competitive battling go in the last ones.

I organized them (in Platinum) in a similar way as that of TheOtterBoy. Habitat. In White, I decided to change it a bit and organized them by routes and other places where they are found in-game (Route 1-3, Route 4-Resort Desert, and so on, including one for WhiteForest). Pokémon not present in the wild are usually in my Pokéshifter box or in one of the normal boxes if I think it goes well with the Pokémon. Then there's one box for DW, one box for Events and Shinies, one box for Legendaries and one box for my in-game teams of previous games. Since I didn't have space for all my DW females, some of them I had to store in Black.

I have general Pokemon in box 1, my Zorua in box 2, and all my legendaries in box 3. If box one fills up then I have box 4 on standby.

When I had my White, most of the boxes were filled up as it had every single Pokemon copied over from SS, which had everything copied from platinum etc etc...

The first two boxes were full of 5th gen Pokemon, I wanted them separate so I could take a look at them and see what they were like, being a new generation and all.
The next 7-8 boxes were full of chaff, with a blank a couple spaces between when they were traded. These were the trade fodder boxes.
Left from Box 1 (I can't remember how high the boxes went up to in 5th gen) I had my usuals. All my half-EV trained Pokemon, Level 100's, Level 50-70's and Pokemon I want to train for future use.
The next two were the breeding boxes, boxes full of starters, Eevee's and eggs. The eggs were marked so I could tell what they were. (Heart = Eevee, Star = Starter, Circle = Unknown)
The next three boxes were legendary boxes and event Pokemon. Some of these were in usuals like Zoroark. All organized in generation order. E.G.

Code:
Articuno - Zapdos - Moltres - Mewtwo
Articuno - Zapdos - Moltres - Mewtwo - Mew
Entei - Suicune - Raikou - Ho-oh - Lugia
Shiny Entei - Shiny Raikou - Lugia

I am still really annoyed that I missed the Shiny Suicune, but thankfully you only needed one legendary dog for the Zoroark event so, it's not all bad.

I organize by type [city = dark, cave = poison] but what Otter says gives me the idea to arrange them by scenery.

I organize by type and level, for example:

Water Box
Lv. 1 - 19
Lv. 20 - 29
Lv. 30 - 39
Lv. 40 - 49
Lv. 50+

The order the types are in aren't in any specific order, but, as long as it works good, I'm fine with it (If the pokemon has more than one type I go by the main type). I also try to match the sceneries with the type of the pokemon in the box. Then I have a Legends Box, where I put all of my legendaries, a Party Box where I put frequently used pokemon and pokemon I am training, a Charmander Box, Snivy Box, Oshawott Box, and Tepig Box, an a few complicated egg boxes:

First I put the mother and/or father, (I mainly use Ditto to breed) then I put the eggs / Lv. 1's after like this:

Momma pokemon, egg, egg, egg, egg, egg / Momma pokemon, Lv. 1, Lv.1, Lv.1
(I rarely hatch the eggs though)

I arrange starters like this:

Mom and/or Dad, hatched ones in order of level (1, 7, 14, 19, 25) , eggs

In my White it's pretty much like this:
Basic box (team & useful Pokémon)
Scenery boxes times x
Unown
Audino (all from GTS)
Dream World
Traded
Bred for trade 1 & eggs
Bred for trade 2 & eggs
Traded legedarys
Self caught legendarys / events + all shinies

I have arranged them in a basic box, one or two legendary boxes, unown box and scenery boxes ever since gen 3.

In my SS game I organized by type, in my Platinum I did stuff like "Regular Pokemon, Children, Parents" (Based on breeding) Then I had a box for my Unown, and then one for my shinies (hax D:).
In B/W I just have a few boxes for regular pokemon, one box for my special teams, one for legendaries, one for Japanese Pokemon, and one full of tepig for my Masuda method.

I've got one Box for my teams. One for legendaries that aren't on my team one for my Legit Shinies another for DW Pokèmon/Japenese pokemon then my last box has all the Pokèmon I'm using the Masuda Method for.( Too many Zoura to count.)

I have it by Pokedex number. I have every Pokemon from Basic to final evolution in order. Only ones I'm missing are Keldeo, Meloetta, Genesect, Thunderus, Manaphy and Phione. Just waiting for their events to roll around lol

I have it by pokedex number. I have every Pokemon, except Keldeo, and Meloetta. Legit I mind you. Ten years of Pokemon transferring pays off. Pokemon Sapphire onward ^^

I was only able to get the Genesect event. I haven't had luck with the other two.

A Keldeo event's rolling around during the 27th.You can get Thunderus from trading or catch one in the wild in (white) and you can get Manaphy from beating Pokèmon Ranger and you can also get Phione by breeding a Manaphy with a Ditto.

I organise my Pokemon by the background.
Pokemon found in grass go to BOX 1,or else as known the FOREST BOX.
The boxes are like doubled...for example SAVANNA and DESERT...will be changed with other backgrounds (most like special ones...) and put Pokemon that are my best. Best Pokemon for me are: Pokemon that have been taken care and used on my team, legendaries, shinies,Lvl 100,traded and hatched.
For the Battle Box,I have 6 Pokemon Level 100 which I currently test,if this can be my original battle box. ;)
