How can I fix my TCGO error?

I made thread of this before, but didn't help.

On my TCGO game (Official), the refresher won't work. I don't have ANY clue how to reinstall and uninstall. I need a verydetailed guide of how to fix it! I'm a wreck right now!

The bug support isn't helping either

IMPORTANT: When I go on, it says' Could not preload global game manager #0'

The refresher should work if you wait a while. As for uninstalling and reinstalling, you should probably ask about that on the TCGO forums.
 
Looking on TCGO's forums, a Mod on there said uninstalling and reinstalling the game should help. (learn how in the link to their FAQ below)

Everything has a Control Panel... except Macs... I don't know about Macs. Macs are stupid and probably have an equivalent of a Control Panel, but they didn't want to call it that because they're wierd.

Does anyone in your family have a desktop you could use? Or do they have a spare keyboard (with a USB port) you could hook up to your laptop?
