Ruling How Do Fake Proxy Cards Work?

Proxies are pieces of paper with the image of card printed on it used for testing purposes. Some Leagues allow them to be used during gameplay, (but never in tournament, unless they are issued by a Judge) however it is mostly up to your opponent on whether or not you can use them.
