SL# is a special numbering system used for Shiny Legendary Pokémon (SL = Shiny Legends) in the Call of Legends set. SL5 Ho-Oh is the same as the regular rare Ho-Oh in the set, but rarer and also includes artwork of the shiny version of Ho-Oh instead of its normal design. It should also have a full holo border around the edge (I can't see the border that well in your photo). Here is a cleaner version of what the card should look like, for reference. The SL cards in CoL were, IIRC, about as rare as FA cards are today. If in NM/M condition, SL5 Ho-Oh is worth about US$20.

@Athena helped identify the card and its going rate, but looking at the attached image, it made me realize there is something you need to know. See where your thumb is, lukeario, in your photo? That's blocking the exact stuff you use to identify cards. Most (but not all) cards will have the set's unique logo plus an ID number for said set there. Card name, artwork, and even some effects can be repeated on different cards, but only accidental and intentional variants will have the same set logo/card number but be considered different cards. Oh, and Reverse Holos, but those are nice and obvious. ;)
