How do I Get A Picture For my file

The thing on the left of your post is called an avatar.

The thing below each person's post is called a signature.

To get to this link in the future, click User CP which is near the top of the page. Then Click "Edit Signature" which will be on the sidebar once you go into the User CP.
Now, once you have get into the editing signature area, you can type in whatever letters you want to change your signature. Everytime you post, those words will come out at the bottom of your post.
However, if you want pictures, you need to upload a picture from your computer to either one of these two image-hosting sites: http://imageshack.us or http://photobucket.com
Follow the instructions given to upload your picture, then look for the URL of the picture between the image tags .
Copy the whole thing and paste it in the edit signature box and then change your signature.
For example, if your picture URL is http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j26/raichu_ohbeone/teamtwilightbanner.png, then you will have to put it like this in your edit signature box:
[code][img]http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j26/raichu_ohbeone/teamtwilightbanner.png[/code]
And it will become this:
