Expanded How do I get the most out of this deck

I'm a new player and have been experimenting with this deck. There are some decent pieces here, but I'm not sure I know how to maximize it's potential. As you can see, I have Octillery because I can't afford a Shaymen -Ex. Any suggestions are welcome.

I can see that you are the kind of person that likes to use only one of each pokémon card in your deck, but to increase the effectiveness of your deck, the first step is to change that.
Second step would be focusing on one pokémon for the deck and this case its either mewtwo ex or alakazam ex.
if you plain on using mewtwo ex, you should build a deck for mega mewtwo, you can find some lists of this deck in this forum and get a base from it.
if you choose Alakazam ex instead, you may find some lists here as well and if not, you should know that the deck usually uses 3-3-3 (alakazam, mega alakazam and links) these numbers may change depending on the kind of strategy you will use.
Your deck also lacks of Ultra Balls which is essential when using hoopa ex.
Theres no need for Birch in your deck and I think you could add some Battle Compressors to throw away some supporters from your deck to your discard pile, this way you can use vs seeker to use one of them depending on your need.
Increasing the number of vs seeker to 4 also could help.
Only 1 Pokémon center lady is enough, you can use it more times with vs seeker.
