Ruling how do i stop eveelution

i've play eveelution deck before and it's pretty frustrating...i need to know what can stop the pokepower

Sceptile ex d, cessation crystal, at least those are the most common ways of stopping their powers.

Kabutops (PK) or cessation crystal, this tool is better, but kabutops stop evolutions of pokemon active.

There's 2 pokemon that can stop Poke-Power but both of them need to be the Active Pokemon to activate the effect. They are Gardevoir ex δ & Slaking(PK)...

i dont really think this is a problem anymore because eeveloutions is destroyed next year and i dont think youll see it at worlds pidgeot d makes it so only delta pokemon can use pokepowers though so it completey wrecks the deck

o this is just friendly game and only ex series card but thanks for all your help however i dont want to use all those 2 stage pokemon to make a new deck just for evelution. i think CC is my best option thanks.

I hope they bring back Devoution Spray because this would be a great card for this deck. I have said before I am not a player but this would be a good card to use. Too bad the WOC card is not playable.

cessation crystal = gold.
Battle Frontier doesn't work because it is for Evolved Poekmon only.

^BF locks Umbreon EX, and you wouldn't be worried about blocking energy evolution Eevee (UF) anyways since the powers don't activate since it's from the deck rather than the hand.

Sceptile EX d is your best option. Pretty much every counter has been mentioned. I'd like to point out Muk LM as well. Rayquaza* can help you out a lot, it either KOs all of them or leaves them at 10 HP or so. Blaziken PK is a good counter >_> you spread damage on them all, then Firestarter some fire on Ray* ftw.
