Help How do You Beat the Current Meta?

Hello all TES here.
I was at a league challenge and I lost against him playing Bulu. (he was playing Ultra Necro.) Because of that I came 2nd with a 2/1/0 record. Monday night I won against him playing Zorogarb but then lost to beast boz (W/buzzwole.) They are really the two matchups im struggling with. All other matchups i'm fine with playing either bulu or Zorogarb (depending on the meta).
All im asking is detailed answers on what to play and what strategies could be used with these decks. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Bulu is a strong option because it hits for 210 damage, which is the most you'll generally have to worry about. I play Lapras and I run a full suite of Choice Band and Guzma because they are both essential to Lapras's strategy. Buzzwole decks will start massacring you with baby Buzzwole once you get to four Prizes so having four Guzma available to get around it is imperative.

You have two ways to go about the matchup. You can either kill a one-Prizer and then a two-Prizer, pushing them out of Sledgehammer range but forcing a 7-Prize game on yourself, or just go all in and hope you can Guzma around baby Buzzwole.

Baby Buzzwole needs Strong/Regirock + Diancie + Choice Band in order to OHKO Bulu with Sledgehammer; if they miss the KO, you can use Tapu Wilderness GX to OHKO and heal yourself. If they run Lycanroc-GX, you can Guzma it for an easy KO.
 
Thank you PMJ for your insightful knowledge on the Bulu and Buzzroc matchup, I have already done testing on this matchup and it's a 50/50 but with the introduction of all the fighting support I believe bulu has to be ruled out just because of the fast yet powerful strategy of Buzzwole and as soon you KO a buzzwole GX oh look 2 Max elixir and 3 Beast ring pulled off. 35/65. But bulu could still be a contender next rotation.
