How do you get a legend from discard

Its a simple problem, but I haven't though of a good way yet.

You need 2 pokemon rescue, which would be hard to do, and you can only do it twice.

I don't own any TSD's and don't plan on paying for them either

So that leaves night maintenace + a combination of bebee's, communication, and luxury ball?

MT nidorina can get back both pieces, but its an attack, and a stage 1 pokemon.

RR weedle gets 5 pokes back, but they go to your deck, and its an attack.

Well after RL comes out This nice little guy will help with after using NM's and maybe palmer's if you run it

Legend Box - Goods
Reveal 10 cards from the top of your deck. If the components of a Legendary Pokemon are among the revealed cards, play 1 set onto your Bench, then attach every Energy from among the revealed cards to that Legendary Pokemon. Return the remaining cards to your deck and shuffle your deck.
You can use any number of Goods cards during your turn.
