How Do You get BW Base Set code cards?

Y'know, the original B & W set released in Spring 2011. Have they made upgraded B & W Booster Packs with Code cards inside?

Yes, I had a sealed box with codes.
They where only availlable in america I think, never in europe.

In America, some BW1 Booster Boxes/Packs came with code cards, some didn't, based on the time of the printing. They're not very difficult to locate.
