how do you get to be a moderator/super-moderator?

You'll have to:
-Be on a lot
-Help other members
-And be a great PokeBeach member (no rule-breaking)
And they don't pick newbies, either, only people who they think can do it, they'll become a Mod/Super Mod

Not asking these kind of questions is a great way to start
If WPM thinks you can do it, and if we're in need of a new mod, you might become one, but there's never a guarantee.
