First you have to make it with Photoshop or a different graphic program. If you don't have Photoshop you can go here to request one from one of the many shops on this forum.
Once you have one that you want to use do this:
1. Copy the direct link of the image
2. Go into your User CP and click on edit signature.
3. Wrap the direct link in image tages so it looks like this:
4. Click Update Signature.
Once you have one that you want to use do this:

Or if you want a text signature you could just type that into the edit signature box.
